Proudly supporting Mental Health Awareness Week

This year focuses on body image

To us, our charity partnership with the Mental Health Foundation is more than just a partnership. We’re dedicated to supporting mental health, and Mental Health Awareness Week only reinforces this.

This year, the main theme for the week is body image. How we think and feel about our bodies. The Mental Health Foundation’s aim is to spread the message of how body image issues can affect all of us at any age. During the week, they also publish new research and are campaigning for change. You can read their latest body image research here.

You can get involved, too. Whether you support the cause by purchasing a green ribbon badge or hold a fundraising event. You can also show your support on social by using #BeBodyKind.
