The brief

To bring together key partners from UK and International destinations, by holding an awards dinner for over 700 delegates.

With delegates arriving from both UK and International destinations, this was the third year we were appointed to organise the event, which has already grown in size since its first year in 2016. It was important to bring together partners and to establish relationships whilst also living by the company’s core values and having fun.


Combining the new London location with the vibrance and energy of Johannesburg, we created a ‘city within a city’ to bring their founding place to life. We created bespoke table centres and bar fronts using recycled materials to create an urban feel. This was enhanced by a colourful lighting design using custom-made gobos of the Johannesburg skyline.


We provided a full event management service, from initial concept right through to execution and post-event reconciliation.

From event and delegate management, event design and creation to AV, entertainment, photography, graphics and print - we delivered it all.

We liaised with the venue on a daily basis, ensuring all logistical information was covered and every element was in place ready for the event.


The event encapsulated the heart of the company, and celebrated the success of its people. An event to remember.

We’ve had overwhelmingly positive feedback from the attendees. Everything was very well organised, the themes and little touches were appreciated by many and really lifted the event, and the entertainment went down brilliantly too so thank you very much on behalf of all the partners.
