August not only saw team holidays and summer fun, but also meaningful partnerships, exciting projects and living up to our values, reminding us why we do what we do. Here’s a look at what we’ve been up to.
We kicked off the month by diving headfirst into the heart of Welsh culture at the National Eisteddfod. Collaborating with a number of national brands including Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, the Books Council of Wales, Transport for Wales, Coleg y Cymoedd, FSA, and the Welsh Language Commissioner our Events and Exhibitions team brought their exhibitions stands to life helping them elevate their brand presence once again. Together, we celebrated the richness of Welsh heritage, language, and creativity, making this year’s Eisteddfod a memorable one for all involved.
We also took to the road this month (literally!) partnering with Transport for Wales for an experiential roadshow that took us across the nation, encouraging people to explore the rail network in new and exciting ways. It was more than just a promotional campaign—it was about connecting with communities, sparking conversations, and inspiring a renewed interest in rail travel.
August also saw our Content team travel to France for the Lorient Festival, a celebration of Celtic culture that’s always a highlight of our year. This was our 8th time capturing the festival for a special S4C program, and it didn’t disappoint.
We are excited to be partnering up with Alcohol Change UK for the upcoming Dry January® campaign. This isn’t just about putting down the bottle for a month—it’s about inspiring a fundamental shift in how people approach alcohol. We’re looking forward to helping make this year’s campaign the most impactful yet.
Finally, our commitment to the community continues through our partnership with Keep Wales Tidy. As a Litter Picking Hub, we’ve provided equipment and support to companies like Deloitte, Admiral, and British Gas, helping them organize their own litter picks. Over the past six months, we’ve hosted 19 external litter picks—more than ever before. It’s great to see so many people getting involved, and we’re always looking for ways to make it easier for even more to join in.
