Establishing a brand and driving engagement and ticket sales via socials
The challenge was to create a brand identity and launch campaign for Fun HQ Cardiff – a new multi-use activity-based destination based in Cardiff with clip ‘n’ play climbing, soft play and a cafe. With a lot of competition in the area, it was paramount we developed a unique brand identity and social strategy to attract and gain attention.

Following close collaboration with Fun HQ Cardiff and key stakeholders, we initially produced set brand guidelines and marketing material that reflected the vision. We created a bold, confident identity, using bright colours and typography, with subtle nuances to the activity included.
From photography, to signage, environmental design, to merchandise and social, the identity and brand was applied to a variety of touchpoints, all telling the Fun HQ Cardiff story in a consistent, playful manner.

and are reflected across the visual outputs.
With a fast-approaching launch date, and a new audience, a requirement for fresh new social content was the next challenge. Starting with the strategy, our social content team advised the client on channel selection, audience targeting and content, and developed an approach to deliver the launch across a variety of platforms.
From paid campaigns to organic social content, including promotional films, and behind-the-scenes Instagram stories; to responding to DMs and requests, and hosting an event to the local media and influencers, the team successfully built social each and awareness to establish Fun HQ Cardiff as a trusted fun, family attraction, before re-targeting audiences with details on offers and driving traffic to the ticketing website.
